Research & Assessment
So people and communities can see how far they've come.
The most important audience for our data isn't a funder. It's the participant who can look at where they started and see, in real terms, how far they've come. It's the community that can point to something that changed because they said so and acted on it. That is the real power of measurement at Infinite Minds: not proving something to someone else first, but showing people and communities themselves what they've built.
about us (Demo)
We call this the Five Indicators of Infinite Hope (FIOIH): our framework for tracking whether the change we aim for is actually happening.
The five indicators mirror the same five building blocks in the Infinite Hope Framework™, so what we measure and what we believe are never two different things.
What We Track

Goals

Do people know what they’re working toward, and is it getting clearer?

Pathways

Can they see more than one way to get there?

Actionable Accountability

are they following through on what’s theirs to do?

Identity
Alignment

Do their choices match who they’re becoming?

Adaptive Resilience

What happens when the first plan doesn’t work?

Why It Matters
When someone can see their own growth, named and specific, they are more likely to take the next step, and the one after that. Success breeds success. Growth leads to more growth. That is the lasting change we are after: not a data point, but a person or a community who can see themselves differently, and keeps moving because of it.
We track what actually changes, not just who showed up, so workforce partners, funders, and communities can see how far participants have come toward real employment and education outcomes.
