Dr. Ja’Sent Brown is a public health and social work executive serving as Chief Impact Officer at DC Central Kitchen, where she leads workforce development, education initiatives, and impact measurement strategy. Since joining the organization in 2020, she has strengthened program implementation and aligned measurable outcomes with community need.
With more than thirteen years of leadership experience in DC Government, Dr. Brown has overseen initiatives supporting underserved families and individuals, bringing expertise in grants management, cross-sector collaboration, and program development from launch to sustainability.
She holds a BA from the University of the District of Columbia, an MSW from Walden University, and a Doctor of Public Health. As a member of the Infinite Minds Board, she brings executive insight, systems-level thinking, and a deep commitment to measurable community impact.
