Jamilah Al-Bari is a nonprofit leader and social impact advocate with a strong background in workforce development, reentry support, and community-based empowerment. She has served in leadership and board capacities with organizations committed to removing barriers to employment and advancing economic mobility, including Suited for Change, where she supported initiatives that equip women with professional-readiness tools and career-access resources.
Her work also includes engagement with Free Minds Book Club & Writing Workshop, an organization dedicated to supporting incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals through literary arts, peer mentorship, and structured reentry programming. Through these efforts, Jamilah has helped strengthen pathways that connect personal development with tangible workforce outcomes.
As a member of the Infinite Minds Board of Directors, she brings governance experience, justice-informed insight, and a deep commitment to helping individuals reconnect to purpose, stability, and long-term opportunity.
