Jemahl Nixon is the Founder and Principal of Nixon & Associates, LLC, a Washington, DC–based consulting and coaching firm focused on workforce development, career strategy, and professional empowerment. With more than 15 years of experience in career readiness and transitional services, he has partnered with community organizations and training providers to design practical, results-driven pathways to employment and long-term stability.
His work centers on equipping youth and adults, particularly those navigating barriers such as homelessness, justice involvement, or economic instability—with the tools, clarity, and confidence needed to advance professionally. Jemahl brings a practitioner’s perspective grounded in direct service, coaching, and organizational leadership.
He holds a BS in Psychology from Tennessee State University and is nationally certified in career development facilitation. As a member of the Infinite Minds Board of Directors, he contributes workforce expertise, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to expanding access to opportunity.
