Elliott J. Nuñez is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Next Gen Capital Markets, a Houston-based global investment and online banking enterprise focused on expanding access to capital for lower middle market companies. With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across finance, brand marketing, business development, and operations, he brings deep expertise in strategic growth, capital formation, and organizational scaling.
Prior to founding Next Gen Capital Markets, Elliott served as President and CEO of TNR LLC, an energy technology firm, and held executive management roles with Whirlpool Corporation, FMC, and General Mills. His leadership experience spans international trade, cross-functional team development, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise-level performance management.
Elliott holds a BS in Accounting from Oakwood College and a Master of Management with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. As a member of the Infinite Minds Board of Directors, he contributes financial acumen, strategic insight, and a disciplined approach to sustainable growth in support of the organization’s long-term vision.
