Francis S. Cole, PhD, is a seasoned workforce development leader with more than 30 years of experience in academic education, vocational training, and federal program administration. As a former Regional Director with the U.S. Department of Labor, he provided administrative and financial oversight of 20 Job Corps Centers across multiple states and the District of Columbia, supporting educational and career-training pathways for youth ages 16 to 24.
Dr. Cole is also the Founder and CEO of Sterling Enterprises Consulting, where he specializes in business management and financial literacy consulting. His work emphasizes accountability, operational excellence, and sustainable organizational growth. He holds a PhD in Applied Management and has dedicated his career to strengthening systems that empower individuals to build meaningful careers and productive lives.
As a member of the Infinite Minds Board of Directors, Dr. Cole brings extensive federal workforce expertise, financial stewardship, and a long-standing commitment to mentoring and developing individuals who are poised to realize their full potential.
